    • odd EVENTS receives purchaser information (such as Name, Email, and Mailing Address, but not full payment card details) associated with the transaction from Stripe to fulfill orders and for communication.
  • On-Site at Events: We may collect contact information (such as Email Address or Phone Number) directly from attendees or participants at our events through various means (e.g., sign-up sheets, contests, check-in processes). The specific terms regarding data collection and use for each event will be provided at the point of collection or within the event's specific terms and conditions.

How We Use Your Information

  • Website Sign-Up (Name & Phone Number):
    • To add you to our SMS List for sending text message updates, announcements, and marketing communications about upcoming odd EVENTS and related news.
    • We utilize third-party platforms like Telnyx (or similar services) to manage and send these SMS messages.
  • Ticket Sales/Transactions (Name, Email, Address via Stripe):
    • To facilitate payment processing via Stripe.
    • To communicate with you regarding your purchase, ticket delivery, event details, and related customer service.
    • To fulfill any merchandise orders associated with a transaction (if applicable).
    • To send you marketing communications, such as email newsletters or information about future odd EVENTS, related news, and promotions, using the contact information (primarily email address) provided during the purchase process.
